Meredith is a California-based certified clinical hypnotherapist specializing in past life regression and life guidance. Inspired by Dr. Brian Weiss’s Many Lives, Many Masters, Meredith felt a profound calling to explore the transformative power of past life regression and share it with others. In the summer of 2014, she trained directly with Dr. Weiss, gaining invaluable insights into the practice.
Following this transformative experience, Meredith deepened her education in hypnotherapy, psychology, and neuroscience, earning her hypnotherapy certification and expanding her understanding of the mind. Over the years, her practice has evolved into a holistic approach that blends past life regression, hypnotherapy, and a deep knowledge of brain function.
